Feb, 1976-today:  I've been a full time residential real estate agent for over 4 decades.  I've been through all types of market conditions, and adapting to changes is a welcome part of my job.

Jan, 1969-Feb, 1976:  I held various management positions with The Federal Reserve Bank in Seattle.

Nov, 1966-Nov, 1968:  I was in the U.S. Army and am a Vietnam  Veteran.  On Nov 5, 1968 I was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for service.

Sep, 1962-Sep, 1966:  I was a student at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill graduating with a B.A. degree.  Go Heels!

The transaction is far from over once an offer has been accepted. I monitor inspections, appraisals, title, escrow and loan processes.
